My Facebook page keeps automatically posting the same video every day

I posted a reel last week and now every day, my Facebook page automatically post’s that same video. 5-10 times per day.

I disconnected Manychat and streamlabs, changed my password, deleted the app etc. I even deleted the original post and deleted the original video from my phone.

Anyone else have an issue with Facebook automatically posting without their consent?

I accidentally uploaded selfies instead of my photo ID and now it says error Please try again later.
