I'm new to ACNH, what's the BEST way to get bells

Was freaking out over the 348,000 bell loan for the new room and was wondering if there's a faster way to get the amount needed.

I've just been redeeming for tickets, plundering everything and selling what I don't need.

There's gotta be another way, right?

How to fix topology

This is one of my earlier models, I don't know if there's any way to fix this topology, there's polygons inside of polygons. Is there a method to simplify the amount of faces?

Is there any way to fix this topology without messing up the model?

I modeled this originally with subdivision surface and mirror modifier the topology looks suboptimal at best. Is there any way to fix this? (I haven't applied the mirror modifier yet.)

I was going to send an STL file, but I dunno how to do that.
