Everything on this plate was harvested from our garden
Except for the English muffin, the eggs, the bacon, and avocado.
Homegrown really just does taste different 😌😤

I recently ran Blueberry Muffin by Humboldt Seed Co. and was blown away by how amazing it smelled, even in veg, and the flavor was insane. I never knew cannabis could taste like that! I hate to sound obvious but it literally smelled like the sugary blueberry muffins you get at the grocery store.
So my question is what other breeders/strains are your go-to for those qualifiers?
I love anything cheesy/skunk/diesel/etc and I really want to find a great diesel keeper but I also want to have a go-to for sweeter/berry aromas other than the Blueberry Muffin I mentioned.
*Bonus points for strains that do particularly well in living soil/no-till
Wild to me that a business that is 100% reliant on the health of our river is using generative AI which actively harms our water sources. They’re also disabling comments and blocking people who call them out, instead of addressing the issue when confronted.
Huff my shorts, Dons Fish Camp; San Marcos deserves better.
If you struggle with anxiety or depression or cptsd like me, try gardening. Even if you just start with a bag of soil with a fabric pot and your favorite veggie, you’ll feel so fulfilled about taking care of something you grew yourself.
Sorry for the back-to-back posts but my fiancee and I went through our morning walk through the garden and we founds tadpoles! Y’all I’m so excited I could cry! I started my pond journey specifically to provide a safe space for frogs to spawn because I love them so much!
Thanks for all the advice, pond homies! We built a little ramp for frogs and other critters to crawl up on and planted some random starts we had leftover from our garden to help with erosion until I can get some native perennials sourced.
We have a lily that seems to be acclimating well after a rough start, a lotus that doesn’t seem to like the pump/fountain, but is putting off new growth like crazy, some hornwort, pennywort, duckweed, frog bit, parrots tail, and I think some wild moss I foraged at the river nearby.
Going to add scouring rush horsetail, spider lily, pickerel weed, canna lily, and lizards tail once I can justify the expense. I’m thinking I need to surround the boat with some native tall grasses and such to protect the metal from getting too hot in the summer and give it a nice, attractive green barrier. Any suggestions for central Texas?
Once I’m sure temperature fluctuations aren’t going to reach lethal levels and plants cover a solid 50% of the pond surface, I will introduce some medaka to the pond. Thanks again for the advice!

For anyone interested in my cloning method: I made a propagation/humidity dome out of a Rubbermaid tub I wasn’t using anymore. Fresh cuttings in plastic cups, some rooting hormone, and lightly misted vermiculite go in, give her a few weeks to marinate in a warm spot that gets good light (vent the lid every so often to prevent mold), and rooted cuttings come out. I originally used this method on some passionfruit vine cuttings (with amazing success), and this is how I prop (mostly) my plants now.
Such a cool-looking flower! Just wanted to share! I have a passionfruit incense that I just planted to cross-pollinate to ensure fruit production! The incense is hardy and should survive, and I’ll take cuttings of the Purple Possum to bring inside to propagate before winter
I joined this sub because I love the way the community encourages each other and uplifts one another. I’ve always had a full head of hair, and never once thought of being the person making a post like this, but the light caught my hair in a funny way the other day. So I decided to take a pic of what’s going on up top, and… damn. I knew it’s been thinning for a while, but I didn’t realize it was this far gone.
I’m getting married on May 31st of this year. My next trim is May 15th, do I hold or take the plunge in time for the big day? Note: my fiance loves my hair and it’s one of her favorite physical qualities about me. I will not make a decision without her input. But I need the masses to weigh-in here!
