I have never played with these mods so I am not sure which one adds more content. My argument for Catalogue Improvements would be that it works seamlessly with Super Ultimate Horse Mod.

I don't want to mod that much. I'm going to add LAW, Bandit Hideouts, and Immersive Dog so I'd like a nice and big addon for clothes and guns.

So, Red Dead Offline or Catalogue Improvements?

Nobara 44

The game is not present in Rockstar Games Launcher that installs when I launch RDR2. I have installed the launcher separately and logged in to my account but it says I do not own RDR2.

I have tried adding Rockstar Games Launcher on Steam, same as Heroic (that's where I have my Epic's games) but no luck there.

Is there a way?

I use Krohnkite on an ultrawide screen and I sometimes need the whole screen without my taskbar (not fullscreen). I don't want to set it to hide behind windows because opening anything makes it disappear.

If it's not possible, is it possible to hide the taskbar from only one virtual desktop?

Before you read the rest, I would like to say that I have already fixed it by removing the game's prefix, and resetting Heroic.

What I don't understand... how did it break in the first place? Did something get corrupted? Is it because ProtonPlus got updated? I was regularly updating and/or changing Proton versions before and everything worked perfectly.

The logs when the game didn't launch were, for example:

FileNotFoundError: d3d8.dll

FileExistsError: syswow64

I would like to prevent stuff like that from happening in the future. I hope that's reasonable.

After all, it still took me almost a whole hour to find a fix and I didn't get to play that day. I wanted to show my friend how games work on Linux, and well, they're definitely never touching Linux now, lol.

I've been trying to install Proton-GE for my Heroic Games Launcher but I am constantly greeted by "API limit reached" when I click the Proton version to install. It worked flawlessly before I updated to Nobara 44. I removed Proton-GE to reinstall it but now I'm stuck with no Proton :(

So, a weird issue here. After the recent update to Nobara 44 an invisible bar started appearing on top of everything. I can't click anything in that zone because I click it. I found out what that is by right clicking on that spot and choosing settings for particular app - and the cursed name appeared.

I hope I can try and visualize it for you:

Whenever I click somewhere in that zone, my desktop focuses on xwaylandvideobridge. Unfortunately, that's also where the Firefox's bar is, so switching tabs is painful. Somehow, I can also see a resize prompt whenever I hover around the zone's edges, but nothing happens.

I turned on the "show under other apps" setting but it resets every time back to default settings. It's always on top of everything, even full screen apps.

I disabled Krohnkite and uninstalled KDE-Rounded-Corners, restarted my PC, and the issue still persists.

I used KDE-Rounded-Corners on Plasma 6.6 but I've heard you could set rounded corners natively with Plasma 6.7.

The effect is greyed out for me (even with auto update turned on in build directory) so I assume it's discontinued.

The problem is... I can't find any setting to customize my windows.

I've read about Caelestia Shell. As I understand it, it's an installer for a customized KDE Plasma experience. It looks really good and I'd love to use a "one click" installation for my desktop.

What I'm wondering is, are there any other installers like this? Perhaps I could find something better looking. Is it safe to use it on an already tweaked KDE Plasma (I have Krohnkite and KDE-Rounded-Corners) or should I apply it on a fresh install? I'm still on Nobara 43 and Plasma 6.6 (afraid of updating).

I think rounded corners are supported in KDE 6.7. I have it set to auto update every plasma update so I'd guess I need to change something before updating.

I would love to do a bow playthrough!
