Simplified board for cover band.

I drastically simplified my board for the cover band I'm playing in for the summer. This will cover pretty much any song people will request. I'm really happy with it. I love using the Monomyth(shitbox) right before my sansamp. It's also nice for backup Di just in case my sansamp shuts the bed(it won't)

NGD! Sire P5 and Sansamp bass driver v2

I took all of your advice about the squier vs sire debate and man am I more than blown away. I still love my classic vibe 70s squier but HOLY BOOTSY BABY this Sire is AMAZING! The people who said this would become my main might be right. I had some concerns that you guys brought up about the pickup being a bit anemic but it's such a small "flaw" that it almost isn't one at all. It definitely has that classic P sound and that's all I want. I'm also happy to venture outside of the fender ecosystem.

I also got my sansamp bass driver v2! I've been using a v1 clone for a long time but the mid control on this is great. I've only had a night to play with it but it's definitely going to always be on my board for the foreseeable future.

Thank you all that took the time to comment on my previous post. This is my favorite sub on Reddit! Keep your low end strong.

SHOUT OUT STEVE MY SWEETWATER GUY FOR THE ABSOLUTE MOUNTAIN OF BOH!

Edit: after playing this for a while I absolutely love it but I went to adjust the truss rod and no matter what size Allen key I use, nothing seems to grip om a way that I'm comfortable with. I don't want to strip it so I'm not going to mess with it but has anyone else come across this? Any help?

NGD! Korg Pitchblack XS Bass

Not to exciting for some but absolutely great for me! The Korg Pitchblack XS Bass is a tuner pedal that's specifically designed for the bass guitar. I was having some trouble with tuners not picking up my low strings, especially when I'm using a 5er or down tuned, so I went on the hunt for a bass specific tuner. This was literally the only one I could find! Thankfully I (hopefully) won't have to search again because this little guy is great.

I definitely recommend this little guy to any bass player. Only downside for some is that it doesn't take a 9v battery so you need a power supply. Doesn't bother me too much because I'm always using a power supply.

If you have any questions about this bad boy, ask away! Thank you all for taking the time to read my post. Hope everyone has the best day they possibly can.

Sire P5 VS Classic Vibes P Bass.

So I've been Gigging with my Squier Classic Vibes 70s p bass and I really do love it. I've been getting a lot of gigs and have found that I should probably have a backup bass. I don't want to get the exact same bass as a backup but I do want that classic p bass sound and feel. I'm wondering what people feel about comparing the Sire P5 to the CV 60s P. Any info on this is greatly appreciated! Hope everyone has the best day they possibly can.

Quick edit: I am running through a sansamp bass driver v2 or a joyo Monomyth at all times if that means anything for tone to you all.

Extension cab help

I'm looking to get an extension cabinet to use all of the power in my Ampeg Rb210. Without the extra cab, it's just the 2x10 at 250 watts. What's your guys recommendations for what size/brand/whatever to get the most out of my amp. I'm looking to stick around 500 and absolutely not over 6.

Still a budget board but at least it's not a serving tray anymore.

Just getting my board ready for playing this summer.
