18G int. Threaded titianium 9mm labret

So I've had this 3rd lobe for almost 1 yr this coming June and i was cleaning and i noticed it had a bump and red in the back? I've had it downgraded from 10 to 9 just because it was snagging hair. I've had no issues with the 9mm but I didn't know it looked this red in the back? Theres no drainage and I've kept away from sleeping on my side. Any advice appreciated. I swear my 3rd lobes hate me 😭😭

So got my first flat on my way to work today and managed to change it out. I'm curious is it ok to just buy one tire since its pretty much unpatchable? My car is fairly new (25 subaru crosstrek premium) with 12k miles on it and i just bought it last July.

It was the R rear that popped and I see that since subaru is AWD I have to change out all 4 or at least the two on the axel? This is my first big girl car and I'd appreciate any advice
