Setting up five-bay DS1525+ with just two hard drives, do I slot them next to each other or leave gap-bays?
Curious if there's a best practice here. I'll be starting with just two HDDs and may get a third later this year, but that should last me a long enough while.
Do I slot these HDDs in bay 1 and bay 2, or should I leave some gaps between the two, like bay 1 and bay 5 and put the third in bay 3 later? Does it matter? Thank you!
