I work at a business that has CLEARLY marked " Parking For Staff Only" signs. Invariably, every event people park in those spots. We have them towed, then they give us the "Why didnt you come and tell me before you towed it? ( Like I know who the vehicle belongs to.) " I didnt see the sign!. ( The sign is 2 ft by 3 ft and its also painted on the ground.) " Nobody was parked there!" ( I had not come to work yet.) " You don't have enough parking" ( No, you don't want to pay to Valet park or walk from the free parking area. ) Then they say " I'M NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!"

Good, we don't want you back if you cannot read a simple sign and follow simple instructions.

I had a garage sale today. The door leading to our back yard was blocked off. I look up and theres a Mom and her smallish son coming back into the garage through the door.

I got up and asked her if she was looking for something i could help with and she said no, she just took her son into my backyard so he could pee. WTF?????

1. If she would have asked, id have taken her and her son inside to use the bathroom. Who denies a child that needs to use the toilet?

2. I HAVE CAMERAS MONITORING MY BACK YARD! (Yes, I have signs in my yard and by the gate.)

So I tell her and I asked her to come over and review the video with me in case the camera caught him exposed.

She's like 'oh dont worry about it, hes just a little kid".

Are you serious? I could get hit with child -*orn.

So, I made her review it with me and luckily, he had turned his back to the cameras.

What the hell kind of person just takes a kid to some strangers back yard and lets him pee?

ARRGH!

I was just doing retirement calculators from random places. AARP, Soc.Sec, and a couple retirement planning places. Is anyone else nervous?

My husband and I just spend 4 hours wiping down and pricing 8 tables of garage sale fodder.

We still have books and clothing to go.

I'm dreading spending 2 days outside with strangers in my garage haggling the price on a $2 item.

Thank God my DIL and some friends are coming to help.
