Creep at the Oshawa Centre Bus Terminal

Im sharing this to hopefully help other young women who may frequently use this bus terminal. I use this terminal every day to commute to and from work, and a few weeks back I decided to sit down on the benches near the wall/mall side of the terminal. On the other bench was a tall black man with dreads dressed in sweatpants with a few grocery bags by his side. He tried initiating conversation with me despite me ignoring him and having airpods in. When i didnt answer, he got louder and actually got up to sit directly beside me. He started asking me a bunch of really personal and invasive questions and when i told him i was only 19 (he was in his 40s) his reply was “age is just a number” and “try dating an experienced man… ill treat you right” despite me being visibly uncomfortable and not interested. He eventually forced me to give him my phone number (he would not leave me alone until i put a number in his phone. He literally forced his phone in my hands) of course I gave him a fake number. Thankfully before things got any worse my bus showed up, but i fear for what would have happened if it was any later. I completely avoid that side of the terminal now, but i still see him sitting there every single day. He shouted me down at one point, trying to get me to come over to him, but i just walked faster. If you are a young woman who travels alone and uses this terminal, please be careful and do not engage with this man !!! He will not leave you alone.

Chloe the whale..

I want to start this off by saying ive done everything I can so far to help my baby girl lose weight. Any comments shaming me for her condition will be ignored. Im a 19 year old university student who is financially independent and cant afford to pay thousands of dollars for the vet. I have a cat named Chloe, 5 years old and 23lbs, who suddenly and rapidly gained a lot of weight a few years back. She can no longer groom herself and ive had to give her a sanitary shave multiple times. We have her on diet food as well, but she keeps going to eat her sisters food. She has insane dandruff and sheds fur like a BEAST. I have to brush her multiple times a day. Im doing everything i can to take care of my baby girl but the guilt is getting to me. I guess i just want cost friendly advice on diet changes i could potentially make for her, and how to get her to be physically active. She doesnt like toys and wont even chase a laser pointer. Maybe theres certain shampoos that could help her coat? Im honestly lost. She is VERY happy though, constantly purring and head butting. So its clear she isnt in any pain or discomfort… but still. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Here are some pics of her for reference

Intelligence?!?

So my family and I got a bengal last november, and JESUS CHRIST!!! I knew they were smart cats. But this guy is ridiculous. He has learned how to use the toilet let a human without any of us training him.. just through observation. He also somehow learned how to climb up into the ceiling and somehow gets between the floors. Is anyone elses bengal like this!?

Stopping zoloft - side effects continued

So i was on 25mg of zoloft for about a month and i experienced the worst sweating of my entire life. Soaked right through my clothes and sheets multiple times every night. Had to keep a towel beside my bed to dry myself off with. I stopped taking it on Thursday about 3 days ago because the sweating was disturbing my sleep and i fugured i should just switch to a new medication. HOWEVER. Im still sweating ridiculously throughout the night. Slept with 1 thin blanket and 3 fans last night and still woke up 4 seperate times dripping in sweat. I know the meds will take a bit to get out of my system, but how long should i expect??? Some websites say it takes weeks to stop. Some say days. Some say it should stop almost immediately. Im just wondering because I have not been able to get a proper sleep in weeks due to this.
