Here is my progress on my alien planet mod sci-fi weapons and threats !

Hi, I'm Predator97427fr, creator of the Pathogen mod and Horror Element mod. I've been developping a new mod for 6 months now : aliencraft : Kepler22b. I already created topics on this subject a couple of weeks ago and I'm here to give some updates on some( not all ;) ) weapons that I've been hard at work developing for my mod

What you're looking at here are 3 of the mod's weapons(goo gun, sword and flamethrower), one of the mod's threats(the rogue auto-turret) and one of the mod's brand new structure(the xenoscorpion hive) :

2 pieces of alien technology :

-the goo gun, firing projectiles of trapping goo to suffocate your ennemies

-the alien sword, a gravity based weapon that will crush your ennemies by making them levitate and then slamming them to the ground

1 piece of human technology :

the flamethrower, a powerfull human weapon that you will need to reassemble from broken parts found in different structures. To find fuel for this weapon, you will need to venture into the xenoscorpion hive, a maze like superstructure guarded by xenomorph inspired creatures.

I'm creating a modded Alien Planet experience, here's what i got so far

Hi, I'm Predator97427fr, creator of the Pathogen mod and Horror Element mod. I've been developping a new mod for a couple of month : aliencraft : Kepler22b. I already created a topic on this subject a couple of weeks ago and I'm here to give some updates.

I have already fully implemented one of the 2 biomes that will be playable in early access, the alien jungle. This biome currently includes various human structures, ancient civilisation ruins, some structures for the mobs of the mod (rn 7 unique mobs with unique abilities and color variants) armor set, alien technology, new weapons, a unique flora with singular interesting effects...

Today, i just wrapped up the aesthetic of the 2nd biome(including decorative structures, the plants, floating islands, sandstorm effect), Kepler's Desert. I'm now moving forward towards the hard gameplay component of this biome with the mobs, structures and items. Here is a sneek peek at one of the inhabitants of Kepler's deserts, the xenoscorpion, a cunning creature that lives in vast underground burrows and will emerge from the ground at night to hunt unsuspecting preys...
