Can u ever recover from reta panic attacks?
I have had anxiety problems since childhood and I find that once I "unlock" a new side effect it doesn't stop. For example, I used to just sweat in fear, now I shake uncontrollably.
I had my first real panic a few days after upping to 3mg reta. I called 911 because I thought I was having a heart attack, sitting in a bath tub of freezing water unable to calm down. My second panic attack happened a few weeks later and since I knew it wasn't real I was able to calm myself down listening to a panic attack youtube video.
Not only does reta increase anxiety (based on seaching this sub) but It also increases your heart rate in clinical studies. Double edged sword when you're trying to calm yourself down. I'm Stopping reta, but my biggest fear is that I'll start having panic attacks in everyday life because I "unlocked" it. Anyone else experiance and/or overcome this?
