Has anyone found anything similar to the OG Aquafinas?

I was obsessed with these years ago!! They all contained menthol and they left an oily moisturized finish.

I have been trying to find something similar for years now and the closest one I have found is the Dr. Bronner's Peppermint lip balm.

I'm looking for something super minty, but not waxy!

Signing off after 7 months

I don't have a long beautiful post to write about hanging up the pump, because I am using all my free time to do anything but focus on pumping!
I stopped at exactly 7 months and I have a freezer stash that will hopefully carry us for a while before supplementing with formula.
I just want you guys to know that I threw out all my pump parts yesterday. I was going to pack them up, but it was much more satisfying to dump them all in the trash.

Thank you all for the support and many questions answered! 💗 I wish you all the best during your journeys!

Whether you're an undersupplier, an oversupplier, or just enougher, we are all just trying to feed our babies and that is a labor of love. 💗

When does your milk dry up completely?

I stopped pumping almost two weeks ago now, but I can still express milk. I haven't tried to pump or get out any large amount so i'm not sure how much. When do you completely dry up and stop producing? Am I still at risk for clogs/mastitis?

Moving and I need to take my freezers

I'm about to be moving an hour away and I have two chest freezers full of milk. I'm stressed thinking about transporting all of this milk and how to do it.

Has anyone done this before or have any recommendations?

From oversupply to undersupply

I used to make 80+ ounces a day.

It's almost 4pm and i've made 12 ounces today.

I feel defeated and this feels pointless anymore.
I've been at this for six months now, I have five different pumps, I have spent sooo much money on parts, pumps, and bras.
Part of me wants to quit so bad. I don't want to do the things it takes to build my supply back. I don't want to pump every two hours, wake up in the middle of the night, and choke down bowls of oatmeal. I want this part to be over, but I feel like a failure.
I wasn't able to produce with my first baby, I made it about two months before I quit pumping. This time around it felt like I really redeemed myself and got everything I was looking for.
Now it doesn't look like i'm going to make it to a year.

My feelings (and probably my hormones) are all over the place about this.
I have a chest freezer and a half full, but even that won't carry me all the way to a year.
I'm not against formula at all. It's a little scary to think about transitioning my baby to formula now and it makes me feel guilty because if she has a hard time it's my fault.
Also, let's be real it's 2026 and formula is SO expensive.
Three years ago a can of formula was 17-18 dollars now it's 23 dollars.
I flared this as Advice Needed, but I honestly don't know what advice I need, so anything you can send my way, thank you.

Help with my Raindrop Peperomia?

She used to be beautiful! But at the time I had no idea what I was doing, even now I barely do. I put it in a window too sunny for it and the leaves all curled up! My toddler also plucked off some of the largest leaves on the bottom.

I recently changed the soil to a chunkier one and changed windows. It is so much happier now! It's growing tons of new leaves and even flowering at the moment. I just hate the way it looks. It is so bare on the side with the damaged leaf.
If I cut a notch in between nodes will it start new growth at that point?
Worst comes to worst, can I just chop it in the middle and grow new roots?

Also, is it even supposed to be this tall???

What your pumping rooms look like at work?

I'm grateful for the space I have to pump in because I know so many are given the absolute bare minimum that the Pump act requires or sometimes women are not even offered that.

My workplace has a designated pumping room. There's a large chair, a mini fridge, a small desk, a small table, an outlet. There's a few pictures on the walls and a shaggy rug on the floor.

Downsides,
Very far walk from my office
No sink
No one cleans the floor
One lady who is not breastfeeding eats lunch in there randomly

What do your pumping spaces look like?
