I skip one night sleep
I [17F] has created this habit of skipping one day sleep like for example i will not sleep for one day then sleep for 9-10 hours the next day and the cycle continues i am really tired for a few hours but i basically can’t sleep everyday because of overthinking and headache (not crazy ones) i just study at night then in morning continue with my day too lazy to function i doze off in the afternoon :/
