What’s a small thing you’re weirdly obsessed with lately?
Hey everyone 😄
I’ve been completely obsessed with finding the perfect cup of tea lately. Like I’m out here buying different brands, trying weird flavors, and timing how long I steep it. It’s such a tiny thing but it genuinely makes me happy every afternoon.
Anyone else got something random they’re hyper-fixated on right now? Could be a snack, a playlist, a phone game, a certain smell, literally anything.
Or even better — what’s a weird little habit you have that you secretly love?
Drop your answers, I’m actually curious and this sub always has the most interesting replies ❤️
What’s something your therapist said that completely caught you off guard (in a good way)?
Hey everyone,
I had a session yesterday and my therapist said something that honestly made me stop and think for the rest of the day. She told me “You keep waiting for permission to take up space in your own life.” It hit hard because I never realized how much I do that.
It felt like one of those rare moments where therapy actually clicks. Made me tear up a little (lol).
I’m curious — what’s something your therapist has said that really stuck with you or shifted how you see things? Or even something that surprised you at first but later made total sense?
Also open to the funny ones too — like the times your therapist says something so normal but your brain explodes anyway 😂
Does anyone else love it when random strangers call you “love” or “hun”?
Hey guys 😊
I was at the grocery store today and this sweet older cashier lady goes “Here you go, love” when she gave me my receipt. It was such a tiny thing but it genuinely made me smile the whole way home.
I don’t know, there’s just something really nice about those little human moments. Makes the world feel a bit less cold sometimes.
So I gotta ask — what’s something small that always brightens your day? Could be a barista remembering your usual, a stranger holding the door, or even just a nice comment online.
Also, bonus: which random term of endearment do you actually secretly like? (love, hun, darling, mate, etc.)
