Low haemoglobin/hematocrit but high normal iron panel?

Hi, I’m 29 male… I’ve recently got my lab results back and it showed a high TSAT% and ferritin high-normal also serum iron high normal but my haemoglobin is slightly low/ hematocrit low and RBC. My white blood cells are all just slightly above normal / borderline… could anyone help share some advice as the doctors said not to worry but I want to donate blood…
The blood test was taken at 9AM fasted, only water before hand - I did consume nicotine via a vape before the test though?

I’ve attached the photos with results on for you to see - thanks in advance

I’m lost and panicking …

I pay for blood tests privately 2 times a year and I’ve always had high TSAT in the low to mid 50s… could anyone shed some light on my results please as I’m scared I have something wrong with me.

I’m 29 male, generally fit and healthy but I always have slightly low haemoglobin and hematocrit too

Normocytic anemia?

Has anyone had similar lab results or have any advice please? They said my bloods look mostly excellent but a few areas that are out of range and they’re bugging me… wondered if any one else got to the bottom of it ? Thanks
