Imagine that Patient Zero appears in an American or European city. How effectively would government institutions respond?
Even if you were a commercial pilot and knew how to fly a helicopter, how useful would this aircraft actually be during a zombie apocalypse? Also, I think maintenance and fuel would be a major problem. Where would you even get 500 liters of fuel periodically?
I would say that they never made another album quite like this one. Also, if you listen closely to the chords at the end of “Fool,” you can really feel the influence of progressive rock throughout this album.
How historically accurate is it?
How do the people who live there cope with the normal routine of everyday life, and how good is it as a place to live?
I have worked construction for 6+ years so the material isn’t hugely new to me but I’m struggling with how to struggle to get the NEBOSH way of answering questions down.
Any help would be massively appreciated.
personally i think that Nirvana is one of those few bands that has managed to create a sound so unique that just with the first chords you already know that it is their song. They are masters of their own hill.
I say this based on my own experience. Among the people around me who were naturally very strong in mathematics, almost all of them had a relative who was gifted in the same way. I remember a school friend of mine whose father was a three-time mathematics Olympiad winner during the Soviet era. I can also think of one of my relatives, specifically my cousin, whose father was a physicist and whose mother was a mathematician. Accordingly, my cousin is also very strong in mathematics.
In general, I think that learning mathematics is not just about sitting with books and memorizing formulas. You need to have a certain way of thinking when it comes to technical subjects, and your mind needs to be able to grasp mathematics. In my case, my mind simply could not grasp mathematics. To tell the truth, even to this day I still do not understand what the logic behind this subject is.
In your opinion, how would Deep Purple's career and discography have turned out if Ritchie Blackmore had stayed in the band to this day? I think they would have released some really interesting and heavier albums. But for some reason, I still feel that Blackmore would have eventually left the band anyway.
It must have been around 2005. I was walking home from school on a very rainy day when a woman started walking beside me. She looked to be around 35 or 40 years old. She was well-dressed, calm, and seemed completely normal. Even now, I can still picture her unusual style. It was as if she had been frozen in the fashion of the 1960s or 1970s and somehow stepped through a portal into 2005.
At one point she dropped her wallet, so I picked it up and handed it back to her. That's how our conversation started. I don't remember exactly how, but somehow we ended up talking about religion. Then she began saying some very strange things about religion, extraterrestrials, and hidden mysteries.
She claimed that aliens had come to Earth a long time ago and had been living among us ever since. She said that one day they would remove their disguises and reveal themselves. She also talked about how, long before humans, Earth had been inhabited by extraterrestrial beings who had built highly advanced cities and civilizations. Those are the parts of the conversation that have stayed with me the most.
Looking back on it now, I can't help wondering whether she was just a huge science fiction fan or whether she was dealing with grandiose or paranoid beliefs. The strange thing is that she didn't come across as someone who was mentally unstable. She spoke calmly, looked completely put together, and seemed perfectly rational.
Anyway, to keep the story short, we eventually reached my neighborhood. I told her, "It was nice talking to you, but this is where I turn." She smiled, said, "Take care," and we went our separate ways.
A few seconds later I thought, Wait, I never even asked her name. She had intrigued me so much that I turned around to look for her.
She was gone.
I know there was a side alley on the left, so it's entirely possible she simply turned into it. Still, the way she seemed to vanish so quickly felt incredibly strange. Even after all these years, I still wonder who she really was.
How good do you think it was as an SUV for the era in which it was produced?
