Plumber recommendation for Lansdale?
I believe I have iron ochre buildup in my basement and I’m looking for any recommendations for someone who might be able to help clear drain pipes or whatever it is to reduce this from occurring.

Not sure where to start really. Bottom line is, when it rains heavy, there’s 1 small spot in my basement that gets mud/ dirt to accumulate.
I’ve crawled into my crawlspace, I’ve cleaned the gutters and inspected what I can see to be clean. I’ve tried recreating heavy rain by pouring a 5 gal bucket down the spout, also having someone shoot the hose down it for a few minutes to see if anything happens. No luck.
We have a sump pump on the opposite corner of the basement. No other spot gets mud except this spot.
The house is 90 years old and the previous owners didn’t do anything to keep it updated or in shape other than mandatory things (tree fell on house, new roof).
Any guidance/tips/suggestions are incredibly appreciated
Recently moved into a 90 yr old house, the basement flooded before and the previous owners had it fixed and waterproofed. While some water droplets come in, that’s not much of a concern. But I am confused as to how dirt is getting in when it rains.
We have the u200 lock and it’s suddenly started doing this stuttering to the point we couldn’t get it to unlock last night and had to use a key. This is all happening over the last few weeks but when I installed in 2 months ago it was just fine.
Bought an old home. Prev owner had these under cabinet pick lights run under the ceiling boards and are only able to turn on DC. They don’t work, and I don’t care for them. Can I cut the cord at the wall where the DC plug is and pull the cord through?
