Why to this day, Google and the "big ones" didn't try to compete with the Adobe Suit? With the prices Adobe charges, anyone could beat them with a good price.

I mean, I would be totally down for a Google version of Photoshop and Premiere/After that is cheap but with some serious tools and usability.

I may be wrong but from what I see, the only one that really tried was Corel (that was already big for commercial design)
