Hello everyone,
I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance at one of the top finance universities in Tunisia, and my goal is to start my career at one of the Big 4 firms.
Besides having a strong academic background, what technical skills or certifications do recruiters usually look for? Are there any specific software, accounting/auditing knowledge, Excel skills, data analytics tools, or other competencies that would give me an advantage?
I’d really appreciate any advice from people who work (or have worked) at a Big 4, especially if you can share what helped you get hired or what you wish you had learned beforehand.
