We'll make a Helldiver out of you yet, Soldier

We'll make a Helldiver out of you yet, Soldier

About a week ago I got a new cat. She's about 8 weeks old and her name is Scraps. She sits on my desk and watches me game and so far, Helldivers 2 has held her attention longer than any other game. She even attacks bugs, bots and squids on the screen while I play.

I felt the community may appreciate that managed democracy spreads farther than just humanity 🫡

(Apologies for the photo it was longest she had sat still while I played)

Another avoidable death added to the list

Doing a Doom 2016 run. Pretty solid run so far, onto level 4. I love the fact that you move at the speed of sound on these games until the momentum throws me from a ledge with just a small tap of the joystick

(I know this was entirely my fault, there were 1000 better ways to go down but I was excited cause I thought the Summoner spawned here and it didn't. You may all laugh at my misfortune)

Axles Ult feels really temperamental at times

Earlier today, I used her ult in place of a grenade to blow away cover, as I know that if it doesnt target someone and it hits a solid object, itll explode.

Instead, it lept about 30ft in the air to then fly over the building instead, and travelled maybe a further 100m.

In a later game, I saw players on a ledge so used my ult to catch them. Instead, it went straight forward into a wall and exploded.

And in regards to it going 100m on its own, I've also seen it go no more than 10m without targeting someone and just explode.

Idk it just feels I consistent. Its awesome as an ability the second it locks on to someone, but it sometimes feel a little unpredictable to use when you first throw it out
