I did an order from a professional seller with only a card at like half of the month, 3-4 days later they started shipping the card that had a special Number on It (so It means that in max 3 days i should have get that delivered), they were super Active and responded to my message really fast.
I called earlier this week the service in charge of that delivery and actually opened a ticket for the central system itself to search for It, turns out today that its missing and they filed a denunciation.
Now that probably someone stole It i was thinking about filing a refund.
But where those Money go? In the site credit associated with my account? Should i tell the seller that i filed a refund?
