HD 490 Pro Headband Problem

So I try to snap the plastic part of the headband back to the metal part of it but it just doesn’t fit. I can only put one side of the plastic part back.

What can I do now to put both of them back

The thing is, I just cashed out. Everything went normally, and I received the money immediately. But the strange thing is, this time I only received GBP and not a single USD, even though USD made up the majority of this cashout.

What should I do now? Should I wait or message support immediately?
