Hi guys pretty new to klaviyo and our list is pretty small (780 active profiles) we've got 6 flows setup and I've done everything that I can think of. Would it be worth getting an audit for the account or just do it myself somehow. The one I'm looking at is on Fiverr for 130 USD for a 30 minute video recording of everything Im doing well and can improve. Currently the only emails doing anything is the welcome flow but I guess should be expected for our list size. Hopefully can get some insight thanks guys :)

Hi guys, I run a leather goods brand with meta ads as the main sales channel. I sell belts, wallets and sometimes t shirts. All with differing inventory but similar margins for the belt and wallets. I currently spend about 50 usd a day on ads so still pretty small but im wondering if there is a good method to properly test creatives and balance budget depending on what product I have stock of. Currently my account structure is one ABO campaign, ad sets for each product and I just kind of chuck ads of different concepts, formats audience etc in the ad sets and if I want to force spend to test I will turn off the one getting spend (not always the winner) in that ad set. Im sure theres a better way to do this, this used to work really well but recently out CPA has gone way up and I though I might as well rule out the structure as the problem first. Let me know if theres a better way to do this. Cheers!

Hi guys I think title explains most of it, ctr has dropped a lot rising my CPC and therefore CPA (about doubling it) even when I use the same ad creatives that still have a good frequency (under 1.5) it's still just tanking, it was only may that we were getting good results but had to pause ads for a couple weeks because of stock levels, after turning back on this has happened super confused

I've tried adding new creatives that are similar and some that are different but no luck anywhere :(

Hi guys, I run a small leather goods brand focusing on belts and wallets mainly belts. Currently trying to level up our retention and need to dive into email flows and campaigns, I'm very torn between Shopify native emails (messaging app) or klaviyo. My list is around 500 at the moment but growing at around 40 a week, klaviyo is decently expensive and I'm not sure if I will make full use of it but also if it recovers lost purchases then easily pays for itself, on the other hand Shopify is simple and in the Shopify dashboard and also free. Just very on the fence about this would love to hear advice especially if you have experience with fashion or similar. Cheers everyone!

I know this is a klaviyo sub but I'm trying to get a wide range of opinions including those form klaviyo fans, I'm sure I'm making this a bigger deal than it needs to be haha
