I've somehow managed to gain one of my teammates who was pulled away workload as well as my own. We keep getting trained on business partners and recruitment and placement specialists how each of them should function under this model effective now. Only to be told hey for now the business partners and specialists are all of you at the same time. So more work, And a lot of people who have been put into different roles now that have no idea what they're doing lol. Maybe I'm a Debbie Downer though and it's going great but at least for my perspective the team has been quiet.... Too quiet.

I really have no idea which of the three models to put on normally but in theory should I not be using Sol every time? Will I run out of uses for it if I use it a few times a day? I don't want to run out of it and switch to Tera for example because I burned up my Sol uses?
