Anyone ever marvel at the sheer amount of potential that you have with just a laptop?

We can theorize almost every idea possible, look up resources of successful businesses with already-established systems. Learn anything about finance, stocks, start ups, AI, marketing, fundraising and lending, certifications, underwriting, people to hire and onboard for our own visions, books to order and study, precedents to draw from, systems to build and implement to manifest any random idea that we have.

It's all there. A laptop, a monitor, and shitloads of coffee.

It's like if we could just lock in for a single month then so much would be so possible.

Just hits me sometimes how insanely possible so much really is. Sometimes it's painful not already being tapped into it all and using things as much as I know I'm capable of.

Now to banish myself from Reddit for a few hours to try to at least inch myself ahead...

Mad-Eye Moody had the one chest with a single lock and different keys - they opened up to a different interior every time.

Imagine they did this with on a larger scale, houses/full on apartments - one door and everyone has their own keys to get to their own apartment or condo.

Would be an interesting thing to see somewhere if they ever expanded the lore.

What other somewhat obscure concepts do you think would be great if they were applied slightly differently than how we saw them in the series?

I'm not sure it ever occurred to me until just now to put this in the same bucket as the other types of synesthesia that I have (Hearing-motion; Grapheme-color; Chromesthesia; Ordinal Linguistic Personification), but it definitely fits the same cross-sensory/conceptual energy that I have with those.

So yeah - when I "copy" anything, whether it's text on my laptop or copying text or an image on my phone, I always have this feeling that I'm "carrying" it and haven't put it down until I've pasted it somewhere. Even when I forget to paste it somewhere, I often remember to specifically because it feels like I'm holding something - like holding a concept in my hand.

When I've copied something with a mouse, it feels like I'm actually holding something with my hand in the same shape as when I right click with my middle finger - like there's a vague weight on the middle finger itself. It doesn't go away until I've gotten rid of it it/released it.

Anyone else ever feel anything like that?
