Send gym tips friends (fits, songs, vibes, advice)
Hi friends
This is maybe a little silly but I could use some advice on how you handle the gym when you are not feeling your best. Is it a song? A good gym fit? Do you spring for workout makeup? Tips would be so so appreciated.
I am plus sized, an avid gym goer and have been very proud of how strong my body is and how much it has brought me through.
That was until today when I walked into a gym after a year away and had a panic attack in the gym showers.
My health plummeted this past year while I dealt with the traumatic loss of a very loved one. I gained 25+ lbs during that time. I am not upset with myself over it, life happens. I was not anticipating my body's reaction when I went to the gym.
I think I will eventually get past it but I need something to help get me through until I do because it's so bad I can't bring myself to do certain exercises or even weight train in the gym right now.
I wamt to be here. I just need a little help rn. Thank you all in advance ❤️
