Family of 2

Newly single mom, with a 13 yr old son. I used to plan all the weekend outings and family activities. Now I'm grieving my marriage and dealing with some health problems - I don't feel fun anymore. I don't really plan anything for my son and I to do together. He is busy with his friends, books, video games. So family outings of 2 don't seem like much fun. Whenever I ask him if he wants to do X or Y, he says no.

Dry eye + allergy = need help

I'm getting an allergic reaction in my eyes/lids from my car AC. Probably a mold or bacteria. I had it professionally cleaned by the dealer, but it hasn't helped. This is making my dry eye 20x worse than usual. I don't have to drive every day, but usually 4 days per week minimum. It can take 5-6 days of not driving at all to have the allergic reaction subside. It's too hot not to use the AC - this time of year where I live it's in the upper 80s-90s. I have it pointing down, but it doesn't make a difference. I plan to get a new car, but can't until the end of August. I don't have anyone I can switch cars with.

Doctor had me take lotamax, but when the treatment ended, the allergic reaction is coming back because I'm still being exposed. Dr wants me to go on Cequa or Xiidra but they could take months to work. I had anaphylaxis to Ketotifen/Zaditor about a decade ago, so I can't use that. I tried Pataday today, it just made my eyes feel more dry. Lubricating drops are drying up in 10 mins, I guess because I have so much inflammation. I tried wearing different types of goggles over my glasses, but they left marks on my face that lasted all day, so that wont work. I take Xyzal (antihistamine) long term for chronic hives). Any suggestions?

Is it normal for your period to be irregular during a difficult divorce? I’ve had 2 periods per month for the last 3 months. I had a pelvic ultrasound, which was normal, but I had to decline the vaginal ultrasound due to pain (thanks perimenopause). I feel like the irregularity might be stress induced, as I’m under an unbearable amount of stress right now, but wondering if anyone else had similar during divorce?

I believe that my spouse was cheating, at minimum there was an emotional affair, but I believe it was physical as well. He denied it. I have some evidence (phone records), behavior patterns, but short of hiring a private investigator, I can’t/wont be able to know for sure. It seems pretty obvious to me, I know the woman and they have been friends for years, but he won’t admit it. We are separated and will be divorcing. I would really like to know when it started and whether they were physical while we were together. I’d like to have some closure, but at this point I don’t know if I ever will. Any advice? It won’t make a difference legally for the divorce (no fault), but it’s still weighing on me. How do you get closure in this case?
