NFL Sunday Ticket ad?
When did Tom start doing YouTube ads for NFL Sunday Ticket?
I saw one today in between Rich Eisen videos and was quite surprised

Recently our child has been wanting to play "U-corse" in the car: we put our fingers together and make them talk like a puppet to her in a sufficiently nasally and irritating voice.
Well, turns out my wife's dad commissioned her aunt to produce this gem for playtime
Anybody tried the new feature? It's pretty great
I hope they never fix the stuck saber bug.
7.X launch was rough and had features not everyone like, but personally I've loved the option to have Loadouts.
I'm curious how other players use them?
Now that I've got some characters geared and augmented at 340 (gear is pretty much fixed until 8.0 drops) I've started making dedicated loadouts for each sub-spec set up for group content, solo content, maybe even AoE or Boss loadouts if they have specific tacticals, implants, or rotation difference.
What I really like is that the skill icons populate where I had them before, no more rearranging quickbars when swapping specs. If it's a loadout I don't use often, I can even put a few icons for a priority list or tricky parts of an opener in a sidebar for reference.
I'm not really a user of 2ndary combat styles, but on characters where I did select them (and didn't need to re-gear drastically) I even have a "transition" loadout that drops gear and clears my quickbars. When going directly from one style to another, I've had issues with skills and gear popping up in odd places instead of exactly the way I had set them. With the transition loadout, I can go to a relatively blank slate and change combat style, the new style skills populate kind of random in there, then i can activate a loadout specific to that style and the gear/skills.
Journeying back to 2013, all my original 8 characters were LS, and my first Sith was no exception. I leaned into the slave origin backstory and decided she'd climb the power structure of the Sith because she had to to survive, not because she wanted to be greater than everyone else. And it gave her an opportunity to learn more about the galaxy and the force as a scholar, something she'd never have had the chance for.
I also didn't get the memo that you shouldn't play solo as a healer, so I spent the first several years slogging through in Corruption spec. That lasted as far as the Star Fortresses where I could not beat the Exarchs with their heal inductions once my interrupt was blown.
In Madness spec, I like the Yavin Consular eyepiece and Yavin Inquisitor chest, along with Unyielding Protector pants for the mystic purple glow, and a purple saber (I think this is Gal Seasons S2)
For Corruption, the 6.X Empowered Restorer set dyed black looks pretty slick and scholarly. With a blue saber because I'm nice.
Still a sucker for 6.X sets, Lightning spec uses Gathering Storm because I like how the metal bits flash in the sparks.
I had to have a set of tasteful yet appropriately ridiculous Sith bigwig clothes for the showdown with Thanaton (anointed Nanosilk and Traditional Vine-silk). Who knew the Sith were a fan of ancient earth Unified Egyption dynasty crowns?
Just watching the last video, the man looks dead-walking
Throwing it back to 2013, I recall listening to the character creator sample lines and designing characters I felt matched that voice (provided they were all Body type 3 hahaha). In the case of male smuggler, I ended up with this redheaded cross between Hulk Hogan and a space biker. I was F2P, so limited to human, zabrak, and cyborg, and it was cyborg's turn that day. Smuggler's story dialogue is already hilarious, and the wiggling implant animations just added to the laughs.
For my Saboteur outfit, the widebrim hat and Sha Tek gear with its little laser and bandoliers spoke to me for a blasting and bombing loadout. The LS vendor blaster with the double lasers, and purple Shadow Syndicate blaster completed the effect
Dirty Fighting always confused me cuz how do these particular blaster shots cause bleeding wounds, but normal shots don't? Anyway, I decided the pulsing energy of Precise Targeter was as good an explanation as any, and maybe the space sixshooters have something to do with it also. (Model gravestone is an appropriate photobomb for a pilot lol)
The Eternal Sharpshooter! Eternal Cmdr Mk-3 again for chest and head (cyber-shades ftw) with some assorted bits casually thrown on. The blue laser Shadow Syndicate pistols from Gal Season 2 were perfect for the charged blasts and aimed shots.
Bonus outfit I forgot I had saved, Established Foothold dyed dark blue, I call that the Test-pilot outfit.
I posted my 1st character a week or so ago, and figured I'd share their Empire side counterpart. She's only got ~600 hours on her unlike my Sentinel with 800, but she'll always be my favorite red spiky.
In Pyrotech I like the look of the good ol 6.X Meteor Brawler, but with Amplified Champions belt, and Dreadguard consular's mask to show off the horns and jewellery. It's got those grapples and grenades that speak to me through the flames + HK-55's bulky pistol
For Advance Prototype, I've forgotten what old raid sets the helm and chest came from. They're all "Unidentified" now. I love the 4 back jets from the chest piece that ignite for the BH moves. But I do have Arkanian Warrior gloves/pants, and Pristine Paragon boots to round out the stitched together Hunter look.
For Shield Tech I can't get away from Emergency Power. The light up details make me think Tank shields (wish they were blue) and remind me of my raiding days when I had fewer real world responsibilities lol. With an Interstellar Regulator -Aurek pistol that happened to match the color scheme of the armor.
Can't believe I've kept him around this whole time. Started playing in the summer of 2013 and still going. I chose Sentinel because that's my favorite KotOR class, and my LotRO main was a dual-wielding Champion
I'm not a big space barbie player, but I do have some simple outfits for the different combat specs
Righteous Harbinger + Dreadguard knight helm for Alliance business (1)
Citadel Pummeler chest, Yavin Knight, and Dreadguard helm for Watchman (2,3). A couple Gal Seasons sabers for the color and flame effects. I like the subdued hooded look for a Watchman
Descent of the Fearless + Underworld knight helm for Combat. (4,5) I love the bladed look and white/black color combo. Saber colors match the KotOR super crystals Mantle of the Force and Heart of the Guardian
Eternal Commander Mk3 for Concentration (6,7) reflecting his brief stint on the Eternal Throne
Normally shopping at walmart to save some money. We swore off Purdue chicken breasts when they started getting woody-breast*. Now the normal marketside chicken breasts are starting to show signs as well. Nearly half of a 5 lb pack was pale and fibrous.
Do folks have recommendations for a place with consistently woody free fresh chicken?
*Woody-breast is a condition of the muscle tissue where they are very fibrous and tough. Caused by extremely rapid growth of meat chickens that are being bred to get massive younger and maximize profit time tables. It is 'edible' in that it will not make you physically ill, but the consistency and texture is disgusting, and the taste is poor as well.
