Learning Bucky?

I'd really like to learn Bucky and add him to my dps pool cause I heard he was a very stable character to have. I'm not sure HOW to play him though. Idk how to do his hook tech or the little nuances of his kit or which teamup is generally the better option or which one I should pick with whatever playstyle I do.

Does anyone have any tips for me? Any videos I could watch to get a better grasp of his character? I recently hit diamond playing Widow/Psylocke/Elsa.

Duelist roster for MR factions?

I'm learning Duelist with the long term goal of joining a faction and doing tournaments (short term goal ranking up) but a friend of mine has raised some concerns about my hero pool.

Mainly that I play exclusively hitscan "pokeslop" characters. Widow/Psylocke/Elsa/Hela. I see where he's coming from, and I agree, but I don't really find other duelists fun. I like sharp shooting. I've tried Magik for a Brawl duelist but she feels kinda clunky to me.

Should I just stick with this hero pool for now until I get more comfortable on the role? Or should I implement other sub-category duelists like brawl and dive?

Can someone give me advice/routines to get better hitscan aim?

I'm transitioning from being a strategist main/Vanguard flex to a hitscan duelist main (while still flexing the other roles when needed) and I need to work on getting better aim. The duelists I'm looking to main are Widow/Hela/Elsa/Phoenix (also Wanda because I love her character but she's not very good compared to the others unfortunately). With the aforementioned hitscans my standard accuracy is 42/47/38/40. My dpi is 1600, 0.83 ingame.

I have aimlabs and kovaaks, but for my aim training right now I'm shooting at storm bots in the practice range on quick speed random movement for 15 minutes as Widow. Maybe aim will come with time cause I've been playing these characters for around a week now but I'd really like to just give my all to improvement.

I think I'm done with the Persona franchise

Before I hop into how I feel, just a general disclaimer that if YOU still want to follow/play the Persona franchise, that is completely your prerogative. Okay, here we go.

With the neglect of a FMC character option in recent titles and the complete disregard and disrepect of Kotone (the only canon female MC in a persona game besides Maya in Eternal Punishment) I've come to the realization that I'm just... not the demographic for these games. I'm not a guy, I don't relate to the male experience and while the story the games tell are generally good (most of the time) the extremely male-centered social sim and sexualization of underage girls really drag it down for me.

It really does break my heart because Persona 3 Portable is one of my favorite games of all time. With the way the franchise has been treating their female player base, I don't see myself playing another Persona game anytime soon. It'll just be the same bad harem romance anime with a bland Marty-Stu MC.

Should I learn CnD and Rocket?

I'm a GM II Mantis/Luna/Fox main (with some Invis/Gambit thrown in if needed) and I've been having some trouble against dive lately in season 9. Yes, even as Fox. If it's one dive, I can handle it, maybe two, but if they're coordinated it's over for me. I'm doing my best to not be playing respawn simulator.

With her new teamup I heard CnD is pretty good against dive, and Rocket has some good mobility (+ he's just really good this season in general). Maybe I should learn them? To be frank, I find their gameplay to be a little boring but I'll suck it up if it gets me the wins.

Mantis stats question

How do I know if I'm playing our little cricket lady correctly? Should I look at kills, assists, finals, heals? I always feel kinda bad because my healing on Mantis is usually low (even when I play her in double sup in qp) but I usually have the most assists and around 4k dmg.

I don't really self dmg boost unless I need to heal myself or I'm gonna take a 1v1. I try to position myself on off angles. My ult is very slow to build so I'm worried I'm not healing enough.

Are there any Mantis creators or videos yall could point me to?

[VOD Request] [Diamond 1] Need help but don't know where to start.

Ingame name: GirlOnTheMoon_

Platform: PC

Rank: Dia 1

Code: 10685687909 (Defeat - Shin Shibuya - Emma/Strange.

I've been losing a lot of games this season and keep bouncing between high dia1 and low gm3. But... I don't really know what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying my hardest most of the time, though there are some games where I notice I auto pilot because I'm playing late and am tired. That's an easy fix which I'll rectify.

I've cut my hero pool down to Rogue/Emma for tank and Luna/Mantis for support (I don't play dps) but I can try Mag/Strange and Invis if needed or my comfort charas aren't getting value.

Imposter syndrome has begun setting in. I'm starting to think I'm an EOMM agent and it kills me lol. It's especially bad because I don't hide the fact I'm a woman so I've been getting quite a bit of harassment lately, which also effects me mentally and my gameplay.

Could someone please help me and let me know where I went wrong/how I could improve?

I had a hard time picking a code because I feel like there is a deeper root issue that can't be identified in just one game, so I left my account public so you can pick a different one if the above code isn't enough.

Thank you for your time.

Need help with Rogue and Magneto (+ Emma)

With Rogue and Mag, I like to think I'm at least semi competent, but certain parts of their kit I'm unsure of.

For Rogue, getting kills in the neutral WITHOUT Gambit teamup. I just can't do it. My target gets healed, and I cannot out damage healing with her. The best I can do is distract and force out cooldowns before running away and engaging later.

For Magneto, his ult. I know I should prioritize my ult for big damage dps ults like Punisher and Starlord, and Cloak or Luna if there's no dps ults I can "counter" but either I miss, don't charge enough or, most commonly, my ult gets blocked by strange shield, Mag bubble, NAMOR BUBBLE or the geometry. And I always feel bad when it doesn't work out and nervous when it's time to ult.

Also bonus, Emma. How should I be using her ult? I mostly use it to stun "transformation" ults like Magik, Hulk, Starlord, Torch etc. And her crystal + diamond form combo. Is that something I should be looking for?
