AITA for telling my brother about unwanted photos of his child posted on FB by our mum?

Some context, my brother (M 31) had his first child a few years back, she’s now approaching 3. Since her birth my brother and his wife have had a clear no social media policy in regards to any photos of her. Our mum has broken this rule on multiple occasions and has had to be politely told to take them down from Facebook time and time again.

Were all currently on holiday together this weekend and have all taken several photographs of our trip, while showing mum my photo gallery for the day she proudly showed off a new FB post she had just put up with multiple photos of her granddaughter. I (28 F) explained she should really ask my brother before doing this as they’ve explicitly asked us not to, she scolded me for talking to her like a child and that she doesn’t need permission and she’s only done it on one prior occasion. It’s been at least 3 times.

I shrugged it off and went to show my brother my photos that I had taken as I was pleased with the turnout, in a passing comment I explained that I hadn’t posted anything online and then stupidly mentioned that I’d warned mum about doing so and she’d ignored me. He explained he saw her FB post and was going to have a word. He then suddenly proceeded to yell at her across the living room i to which she stormed out and has locked herself in the bathroom. She’s been in there for over an hour and refused to eat dinner with any of us.

I tried to talk to her through the door, she called me a grass and said I couldn’t wait to throw her under the bus. Admittedly I should have kept my mouth shut, I was just trying to do the right thing, I didn’t expect my brother to blow up on the spot but he’s understandably angry.
Our dad has told me I shouldn’t have been a grass and asked my brother to apologise for the way he acted. I feel like I’ve destroyed the whole vacation. am I the asshole?

Been made redundant after 4 years

Just been made redundant after 4 years due to company cutbacks and I’m honestly so relieved. I feel free! Have absolutely no complaints about the company themselves, honestly one of the best teams I’ve ever worked for, just the work itself could be utterly soul destroying at times. The work from home culture just didn’t benefit my mental health and some of the customers were just simply awful to work with. Opened my eyes to how truly racist and bigoted people could be. I feel excited for the future for the first time in a long while and feel like I can take some time to recoup.
