I need to vent for a minute. Apologies if this is a common topic here, but why are people so eager to hate?? A coworker of mine sent me an unsolicited rotten message today about the people of Baltimore. I have never and would never speak ill of somewhere I don’t live, especially while talking to someone who lives there. For some reason whenever people find out I live here they need to give their 2 cents, and it’s always (always!!!!) negative. You don’t see me hating on the suburbs despite the fact that I’d never want to live there. So annoying.

Edit: Thanks everyone for the Charm City love. We have an incredible community here and I’ll always defend it. Anyway, I’m going to go enjoy the gorgeous day in the park behind my house, with a coffee from a local cafe that I can walk to😌

They mention he has the ability to shift beyond his “beast form,” but do we ever actually witness that?? We see Feyre use that power (which she got from him) in the later books, but I can’t remember him actually shifting into anything besides his usual horned beast? Am I forgetting something? Maybe this will come into play in the next couple books (Tamlin redemption arc?), but it feels like SJM maybe forgot that part? I just finished a reread of the TOG series, so Lysandra’s (incredibly frequent) shifting is at the forefront of my mind.!<

Hey everyone! I’m a first time cat foster, and he was just adopted (yay!). I happen to know the adopter very well, so I have some flexibility in terms of how I do this transfer. Would it be better for the adopter to come pick up the cat at my house? Or better for me to bring the cat to the adopter’s house? If it’s helpful, I started fostering him after someone abandoned him at his last home. I picked him up there and brought him to my house, where he’s been living happily for about 5 months. I want to make this as seamless of a transition as possible for kitty. Thank you!!

Recently purchased a vintage silk dress completely covered in hand beading. There’s a few spots with loose threads and missing beads and I’d like to have it repaired. TIA

Will it be another pharmacy? IMO that CVS was awful and definitely had to go (they once gave my post-surgery Oxy to a random woman, who called to tell me). While I switched to another pharmacy for my prescriptions (after this screw up), I’m really missing having a drug store within walking distance. Hoping it won’t be another vacant building like the rest of Fed.
