Possible to lose 7kgs in 3 months?

I’m 168cm and 77.35kgs. I’ve successfully lost 2.65kg in a span of a month and I really want to hit the 70kg mark by the end of November.

I’m trying to do intermittent fasting to have a large calorie deficit and I think I’m doing a well job of it, I almost manage a (1000 calorie deficit everyday) tho I know that’s not super healthy.

I brisk walk 5-7 km almost every single day and cutting out sugar is not an issue for me!!

Is it possible to lose 7kgs in 3 months or is that an unrealistic expectation?

Last minute Allocate Adjustment

I made some last minute adjustments to my Chem Lab tomorrow and changed it to Friday. However, it’s not being updated on the Monash app and I’m kinda freaking out.

Do you guys know if I did something wrong or should it update soon enough?? 😭

Pills and Weight Gain

I (18F) have been offered pills by the doctor due to my irregular period cycle and other issues. I’ve never been on birth control before and my main concern is weight gain as I’ve always been really insecure about it.

I really don’t believe articles and research’s conducted by men who claim it “has little to no effect” when I know so many women who struggle with it.

Is there anything I need to know about going on the pill, and does it really cause weight gain?

Masters of Clinical Research

Anyone doing the masters of clinical research? If so how was it and what was the application process like?

I’m currently doing a BSc and when I checked the requirements the required WAM is 60? To me that seems pretty low idk. Does that mean if your WAM is higher than that, you’ll deffo get an offer?

how much of the WAM contributes in first year?

Correct me if I’m wrong but I heard that in first year only 50% of the WAM contributes to the overall. And in second and third year 100% is contributed… idk you guys know what I mean?

Spotting week before period

I (18F) have been getting my periods since I was 11 and they’ve been pretty consistent.
However, since the last 4-6 months I’ve been spotting 7-10 days leading up to my period. This blood is red and fresh. I have no other symptoms that I would get with my period.
After the spotting, I get my usual period on the date it is supposed to come, and it’s the same as it has always been (no heavy bleeding etc)
I am also not sexually active.

I’m guessing it’s due to low progesterone levels or vitamin D deficiency.

Just wondering if other women also have this issue, and what the doctor had to say abt this.

Past students how was the CHM1011 exam?

Any tips?
Did you find the practice exam representative of the actual exam?
Is there something you wish you had done?

I’ve done VCE chemistry before but I’m stressed I’ll perform poorly on the exam since there’s so much content and I fill like I still have gaps in my learning…

What happens if I just don’t attend my last chem lab?

I have religious obligations and since it’s the last week I was wondering if I can get away with not attending the lab and not going to a replacement. How much effect would it have on my grade?
