I run a small school. Looking for ideas to make it better.
I run a small private school in India (up to Class 10). Our fees are only around ₹24k/year, so we don't have a huge budget, but I really want to build a school that prepares kids for life, not just exams.
I want my students to become curious, confident, good communicators, have civic sense, think critically, solve problems, and always keep learning instead of just memorizing.
Our building is small but the classrooms are decent. Budget is the biggest challenge.
If you were in my position, what would you do? What activities, habits, projects, or teaching methods made the biggest difference in your school?
I'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts.
Want to help India by giving it responsible future.
