I need some help buying mounting rings for Marlin 1895 Dark Series 45-70. I will be mounting a Leopold VX-6HD Gen 2. What are some things I could consider when choosing mounting rings. I would like suggestions for regular mounts and quick detach mounts. I’m no 100% sure about the quick detach mounts but would like the option to get them if I can keep a good zero when if I need to switch to irons in the field.

I am looking at getting an optic for my P320 x5 Legion. I’ve been looking at the romeo3max pro (3 Moa). I’m still pretty new to firearms but this will be for range and home defense use, I’m not sure if I can properly conceal this. If anyone has suggestions for optics or thoughts on the one I am considering it would be appreciated. Also I was curious what kind of upgrades are available for this gun as well.

I just picked up my first lever gun. Looking to upgrade it, will be used at the range and for hunting(I’m a complete beginner). I also want it to look badass. I know ranger point precision is pretty popular, what other sites make quality furniture for it?
