Are antara nada tuning forks to... our souls?
I posted here about a month ago wondering whether antara nada was a tuning fork to raise one's vibrational state.
>"At first, it was just the sound. Progressively it became more than just the sound. I feel like my energy levels, my vibrational state, raises and tunes to the frequency of the sound."
I have been advised to stop overthinking and to keep listening to the sound, the rest would fall in place naturally. This is what I did. Meditating on antara nada was challenging, reaching very deep states of consciousness that was having a bit of a zombie effect on the rest of the day. So I limited this kind of meditation to the evening. Overtime, I felt like the vibration in my body tuned to the antara nada. The depth is now fine, I can do it anytime. The feeling is almost exstatic. I feel my physical body disintegrating and my body becoming just particles of light. It now takes takes just a few seconds in a relaxed state from listening to the sound to the impact on the body.
I used to see this as tuning my energy, but it felt different (hence my initial post). There is no flow of energy, just this vibration.
I think I had an a-ha moment this morning.
I was following a guided meditation to listen to the body, heart and soul. When it comes to the soul, I am to meet it and have a "dialogue". [flash-back: shortly after KA, I had this very strong experience of meeting my Holy Guardian Angel (higher-self?) and see it turn around and fuse in my body in reverse.] So this happens again this morning when I am supposed to have this chat facing my soul. It turns around and fuses backwards in my body, i.e. both facing front. And as this happens, here we go. Same feeling. My body disintegrates and I feel just like light. Just the same feeling I get when listening to the antara nada.
So my current brain fart is that the antara nada, to me, is like a tuning fork to connect to my inner-self / higher-self / soul (which one I have no clue as I am not sure I even know the difference). But you'll get the point.
Any reaction to that? Is this the bliss and gift I believe it to be or just one more over-thinker's brain fart...
