EA or RD?

Acceptance rates for EA are slightly higher than that of RD, but is it true that there’s no advantage of applying EA over RD? What about “building a class” advantages that might apply? Could there be some type of benefit to being a non-CS non-physics non-math but still stem applicant?

I feel delusional for thinking I’m pretty sometimes

My self-confidence is pretty low, but sometimes I will look in the mirror and in some of my selfies and I’ll think wow! I’m actually really pretty! Except I don’t know whether or not to trust that…
I’ve learned not to listen to my parents’ judgements, but for the past few years they’ve just started telling me how ugly I look, except I don’t agree with them most of the time because I look in the mirror and I think I look good? then I’m like wait is it just because I’m too familiar with my face and I’m just deluding myself into thinking I’m pretty when I’m actually not? Like I don’t even know what I look like anymore.

And then I go on to ChatGPT and do one of those face rating things (I know bad idea really bad idea) and then it gives me a score around seven, and then I put in someone I think is less attractive than I am and it rates them higher than me. I don’t know how accurate it is though

I don’t really get compliments for my appearance from my parents(as stated above) or my friends, but strangers are nice to me I think, and it feels like people look at me sometimes because they think I look good or maybe I’m just delusional. I don’t know.

If I do a computational research project this summer independently and I reach out to mentors, how will aos be able to distinguish that from something out of one of those pay to play programs like polygence or indigo?

I’m really worried about this, because I was planning it all out in my head when I realized that the format was very very similar to what I heard those pay to play programs do.

Or am I just overthinking?

Current junior right now, and I’m taking pretty much max rigor courseload, except no physics courses yet 💀. Next year in senior year, I’m taking AP physics 2, and our school doesn’t offer AP physics C class, but I recently realized some juniors this year are self studying it…
I’m not exactly going into physics, but I heard that MIT places a lot of emphasis on physics courses, so how cooked am I?
