How to report religion being forced at an apartment complex via apartment life team?

This tactic has been discussed before. My luxury apartment complex has an “apartment life” team that is supposed to plan events but what they really do is interfere with resident privacy and try to force religion down our throats. By constantly bringing up god and their church they are trying to suss out our religious beliefs.

Here’s where it gets interesting. On apartment life’s website, they claim that they will fire their employees if they go door-to-door and hand out flyers, trying to convince people to go to their church. The team at my complex does just that. Myself and several of my neighbors have compiled stacks of their flyers. They have even randomly knocked on the doors of a couple of my neighbors over the weekend, trying to get them to talk about Jesus and left cards for their church.

I don’t think that apartment life will fire them unless there is some public pressure. Who are some of the best reporters to copy on an email to the apartment life CEO with pictures of all of these religious flyers?

I don’t have a big social media following and honestly don’t wanna have my name involved in it because I fear religious retaliation. But if apartment life is saying that they are gonna fire people for door-to-door religion recruitment then they should.

EDIT: I’m hoping for that manipulative apartment life team to be fired and removed from the community. I’ve reached out to FFRF, but also would love to know the best reporters to expose the situation to publicly force AL to fire them. Forced religion has no place in public housing.

Local hospital privacy office not doing anything about HIPAA complaint impacting several patients. Any suggestions on where to complain to get action fast?

Sorry if this is not right sub. Don’t know where else to look when proper channels have been followed to no avail. I know this was discussed on Facebook but I can’t find the post anymore.

The hospital privacy office absolutely refuses to do anything about an employee (that was in our friend circle) violating HIPAA rights of multiple patients. We have clear evidence of texts and recordings of several pieces of HIPAA information from patients at a local hospital being revealed. Some patients even passed. It’s disgusting that they refuse to do anything and even let the problem employee pick up extra shifts while under investigation.

What will get justice? Any advice appreciated. It is one of the larger hospitals in the area and I think it has a board of directors. OCR complaints were filed but it takes awhile to get reviewed.

How to approach landlord about issue with resident referral of a former friend?

Long story short, I went against my gut instinct and gave a now-former friend too many chances. She moved into my complex yesterday. How can I best approach the landlord?

Backstory:

Before I realized what she was about, I referred her to my complex. I felt sorry for her because she couldn’t get another apartment due to waves she caused at other complexes. She actually is in an active lawsuit where she lives now and was lucky to even get approved at my complex. Many other communities denied her (for the lawsuit she filed about damage she caused to get out of her lease).

She randomly flipped out on me about something that happened before I even met her, and I then blocked her. Well then she started looking up my and my child’s medical records at her hospital and gave the details to a dangerous dog owner that attacked me and my child severely. The hospital will likely be terminating her once she returns from PTO, especially because I gave them proof of her obtaining medical details for other patients.

I mentioned to my landlord that she violated HIPAA and that I blocked her. The property manager said the woman has a lot of problems that seem self- created. The assistant manager isn’t as helpful about it. The property manager is out this week.

What is the best way to get the landlord to cancel her lease? I feel if the landlord looked at her actual lawsuit that they’d have second thoughts about her. I have proof she caused the actual damage she sued for. I fear the drama she will cause- and then she’ll probably escalate after getting fired. She also frequently makes comments about using her weapon for trivial things, such as if a landscaper is outside when she wants to sleep late. So I could mention the safety concerns. I just want her out and want the best way to achieve it.

What would make a landlord think twice of leasing to someone during the week they move in?

What goes on internally when Farmers receives a Department of Insurance complaint?

I know every company is different. What goes on when Farmers is notified with a valid insurance complaint citing how months went by without action or communication, failing to investigate and receiving proof that the insured lied?

Just curious how high it goes and how the company views such complaints.

Beware of Canvas @ Anna allowing dangerous dogs to bite people

I can’t find an Anna sub. However, I wanna spread the word about this complex in Anna. My boyfriend was savagely attacked and bitten by a dangerous dog, and suffered lifelong injuries. Of course it was all reported to the proper authorities. Unfortunately the landlord has allowed the aggressive dog to return to the property and run loose free to attack anyone else. The dog owners have even acknowledged in a sworn affidavit that their dog will behave aggressively towards anybody that the dog has not formally been introduced to. Both homeowners and renters in the area have been victims of this dog and a couple of other dogs. The leasing consultant repeatedly reveals private information about residents. The property is currently under investigation by HUD for housing discrimination and retaliation. Please warn anyone you know in Anna to be safe if walking or being near this complex due to the dangerous dogs.
The property is also been cited by code enforcement because of multiple busted windows that were not repaired after the September 21 hail storm.

How to serve justice to belligerent neighbors after dog bite?

The neighbors are worse than the dog, believe it or not. They have threatened with physical harm on a recording if I ever report the dog attacks. Of course it wasn’t as specific of a threat as the police wanted it, but the police acknowledged that they know what they’re trying to do. We have been dealing with 15 separate lunge attempts that ended up in being bit. I have a dog bite Lawyer and we are planning to sue the landlord and the dog owner.. I still have communication with upper management and they want me to sign an agreement, but I am adamant that I want these dog people evicted and I want the leasing consultant that shared my personal information fired. I realize that I don’t have that much leverage now that I moved, but I have initiated a HUD complaint for discrimination due to my physical disability so perhaps I may have some leverage there.

What is gonna help me get to my goal to make the dog owners life hell on earth and to ensure they are evicted?
