Hi everyone! 💛

We wanted to take a moment to remind everyone of our Community Mission and the kind of community we want r/ManonMeret to be.

Our goal has always been for this to be a welcoming, friendly, and fun community for people who support Manon. We absolutely want this to be a place where people can have meaningful and honest discussions, including candid conversations about difficult or important topics involving Manon, the industry, or the situations surrounding her.

We want everyone to feel free to have those discussions without fear of being silenced. You don't have to agree with everyone, and supporting Manon doesn't mean everyone has to have the same opinions or interpretations.

At the same time, we ask everyone to please be mindful of how those discussions are expressed.

A few reminders:

🧸 Keep discussions respectful.
You can disagree with someone without insulting them, calling them names, or turning the conversation into a personal argument.

🧸 Please avoid speculation being presented as fact.
It's okay to discuss theories, possibilities, and interpretations, but please make it clear when something is speculation rather than something that has been confirmed.

🧸 This is NOT a snark community.
Our community is here to discuss and support Manon. We do not promote hostility, harassment, or negativity toward Manon, the other members of KATSEYE, former Dream Academy contestants, or other members of this subreddit.

Please bear in mind that participation in blacklisted subreddits could result in an automatic ban as part of our efforts to maintain the safety and positive environment of our community.

🧸 Constructive criticism and respectful disagreement are allowed.
Supporting Manon doesn't mean everyone has to agree about every single thing. You are welcome to discuss company decisions, promotions, music, styling, interviews, fandom topics, or other topics as long as the conversation remains constructive and respectful.

Remember to PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL when doing so. Resorting to name-calling or personal attacks does not align with our overall Community Mission & Health.

💛 Please remember that our moderators are volunteers

Our moderators volunteer their time, and with the high volume of comments on some posts, we genuinely don't always see everything. We aren't online 24/7, and sometimes comments or posts can slip through simply because we haven't seen them yet. That's why we need your help to uphold this mission.

🚨 Please report things that go against Community Guidelines
If you see something that violates our Community Guidelines, please report it rather than assuming a moderator has already seen it. Reports help bring things to our attention so we can review them.

You can also contact us through modmail if you feel something requires additional context or attention.

Thank you to everyone who helps make this a welcoming space, and thanks for being part of our community. 💛

TL;DR: This is a welcoming, supportive space for fans of Manon. Candid discussion and constructive criticism are welcome, but please keep conversations respectful, avoid presenting speculation as fact, and report anything that violates our Community Guidelines. 💛
