I made this James Bond inspired SEIKO mod a while back as my first watch build, and I’ve built a few since then, but this one is the one I’m always grabbing!! I honestly blends in so nicely and it goes with my gear so well, I think this was peak for me and Iv just been chasing this high lol.

I have a spending problem and it’s not getting any better lol. I just got these two bags for my friends and I wanted to see if I can get someone who’s smarter than I opinion on how they look! I figured getting bags that were a little obscure, not too popular is a better idea than getting the super popular bags so no one would really be able to tell but that’s just my thought process. I finally caved and bought this beautiful rep. I have been obsessing over a Replica Birkin for awhile but I didn’t want to spend and arm and a leg for a very high replica, I wasn’t sure If I would like the size and shape of this bag and really wanted to try a mid tier version before going all in. Just finished my first seiko mod and I’m so proud of myself I think the case needs to be aged and was wondering if you guys knew any easy ways to age case and could show me some pics of how they came out for you guys! Let me know what you guys think!!
I’ve been building for a while and like most I’ve struggled to strike the right balance for custom dials. There’s a lot of amazing makers out there using lasers and CNC to build some incredible stuff, but it can be costly and most of them are quite busy so lead times can be a bit long. AliX has some custom dial makers but most of the options are just a logo and text on an existing dial, and the shipping times are also very long.
This is our first prototype with a full color UV printer. My buddy is an artist and this is his work, we wanted to see just how well it could handle gradients and color transitions. Next test will be text resolution to make sure we can do standard numerals, logos, and dial text. We have more to figure out but I’m really impressed with the first go at it. We do plan on offering it as a US based custom dial service at some point.
