tldr Wore skirt to school made boyfriend disappointed in me and our supposed agreement

Today I (19F) went to school wearing a long black skirt that literally only showed my ankles and shoes. My boyfriend (20M) asked me what I was wearing and when I told him, he got upset and said we “never agreed” on me wearing that skirt. Which honestly sounded weird to me because it’s not like it was a mini skirt or anything revealing. It’s a long skirt that I’d even wear to church.

His main issue was apparently that I didn’t tell him beforehand that I was going to wear it, but I genuinely didn’t think a normal long skirt would cause this kind of reaction. He called it disrespectful towards him and said I don’t care about him because I wore it without telling him first.
I really don’t think it’s okay for him to react like this over something that wasn’t inappropriate at all, but now I’m wondering if I’m missing something and perhaps how should I try to make him see my side too.

TLDR Boyfriend hanging out with his friend everyday causing me to be upset

Me (19F) and my boyfriend (20M) have been together for almost a year now, but we’ve known each other for longer. We’re long distance, so we unfortunately can’t see each other every weekend, which makes things hard. I miss him a lot, and sometimes it feels like he doesn’t miss me the same way or at least not as much as I miss him.

He has this childhood friend that he hangs out with basically every evening, usually until I have to go to bed because I have classes in the morning. I’ve told him multiple times that I don’t mind him hanging out with his friend, I think that’s completely normal and healthy. What bothers me is that it’s almost every single evening, except when his friend goes to see his girlfriend, who he gets to meet every weekend because they live closer than we do.

I just wish that while we’re apart we could spend more time together, like calling, talking, playing games, or just doing anything together honestly. I miss him a lot. There have been so many times where we had just spent a few days or a week together and when we had to leave I cried my eyes out in his arms because of how badly I already missed him, only for him to go out with his friend again the next evening.

He says he’s just used to being alone and hanging out with his friend every day, and we’ve argued about this a few times already. I’m not asking for all of his time, I just wish he would want to spend at least one evening with me sometimes.

What can I do and how should I approach this situation?
