Most bathrooms in my hostel are broken. How do I write the application to get them fixed?

Hi everyone I just moved in and saw that most of the bathrooms in my block are currently unusable. Since I m new to how things work here, could someone let me know how to report this?... If I need to submit an application to the hostel management or warden

NEE 2 hostel allotment declared for UG students?

I took the admission and leave the auditorium earlier

When I call the hostel management phone no. They are saying that hostel was allotted on that day(3rd July) later after their sir told them to declare the room no.

In table 10 they told me that room will be declared on 12 and can leave the auditorium but now this🥀

What should I do??
