Hey reddit. I, 15f, by what i can tell, I have pretty severe anxiety. I get really scared when it comes to talking to pretty much everyone, I overthink most decisions, big or small, public speaking makes me want to throw up, I have to listen to a podcast when i’m trying to fall asleep because I start to think about death and just get overall very anxious, whenever i hear any small noise when im home, i fear the worst, like someone is in the house, I constantly pull out my hair, etc. I could keep listing things but then this post would be too long. I’ve gone to a few therapy sessions and it hasn’t really done much. So I want to ask one of my parents about maybe looking into medication for my anxiety but im not really sure how to go about it. Do you have any advice?

Hey reddit. I’m probably never going to use this account again so I thought it might be a good place to ask for advice. I am a teenage girl (not going to disclose my actual age for quite obvious reasons) and i really enjoy reading. One of my closest friends, also a teenage girl, enjoys reading about as much as me. A few months ago, she recommended i read a book called Don’t Let the Forest In by C.G Drews. Its a queer horror novel and its pretty sad. So, after she recommended it, i bought it. its been sitting on my shelf for quite a while and i didn’t get around to reading it until this past week. Now, me and my friend text each other quite a lot, so I was talking to her while i was reading the book. When i had finished it, i sent her a voice note of me crying about the end of it because i couldn’t really see my keyboard. She replied to that but after she kind of jus stopped. Its been a little dry for a bit and im not sure if shes mad at me about the voice notes or if she feels bad or something? I asked and she said she was fine but she isnt really the most open person and its pretty hard to convey emotion over text. So do you think shes mad at me? What should i say?
