Will i get an early release if i am on a project bench
Hi i got an offer from Deloitte Usi as consultant in April 2026 and joining is on August first currently i am working with PwC india (joined 8 months back only last 1 month in bench) with a fixed package of 19 LPA +(upto 25% variable) and the offer got from Deloitte is 19.5 LPA fixed +10% variable and if i join by 2 nd week of july will get 1 lakh joining bonus as well is this a good deal
I tried negotiating with the fixed part but as per the recruiter there is no scope of increasing the fixed as i am already at maximum cap as per them for consultant position (currently 4.9 years experience)
Please advise me which firm to choose as per my current situation based on growth appraisals work nature (i know its depends on project) etc
Hi all i joined PwC india 2025 september as Senior associate in Advisory Bangalore Location and Deputed to Client project before joining itself and after 7 months The client project was over and got released after that i haven't recieved any interview till date but internally from manager side some client discussion going on for deployment its been 1.5 months now is there any risk elements in current situation?
Also For September 2025 joiners will get appraisal? i have 2 ratings and what percentage of variable pay i can expect as well ? also when would be the new compensation will be effective?
