I’m Samar, 26, and currently looking for a new room starting mid june/july preferably in Brooklyn, but open for other neighborhood as long as its in budget (>$1500). 🫶🏽

• I grew up in Europe and moved to nyc 3 years ago

• I work full time on site as a host in midtown

• Friendly, supportive roomie

• good cs and steady income

• Clean person and respectful in shared areas

• Lots of roommate experience

• I love cooking/baking and making bigger portions to share and have it together

• Got no pets

• my hobbies include sewing/upcycling, reading, working out, pinterest, meditation, going out being outdoors as much as possible, astrology, movie nights

Im always down to hang and do fun stuff while still respecting our downtime to recharge. We dont need to be bffs but I am happiest when I live with roommates that care for each others safety and wellbeing rather than co sharing a place😊

My name is Samar, 26m gay, I moved to nyc 3 years ago and grew up in Germany. I work onsite full-time in midtown in a Spa. When I'm not working I spend as much time as possible outside, with friends, meditating or working out every now and then lol. I looooove to cook and bake and obv always share, check out the last pics🥰

I have lived with roommates since college and before that I shared a room with 2 siblings, so Im a shared space veteran, I am a clean person and very much appreciate hygiene/cleanliness in common areas. And ofc I'm down to hang anytime!! We don't need to be bffs but I do value my roommates safety and care about their wellbeing, rather than just co sharing a place discreetly.

Preferably id love to find something in Bushwick, Bedstuy or Williamsburg. But I'm open to other areas if the vibes are vibing.

I have no pets btw but don't mind at all.
