I've been following the curly girl method for around 6 years, and I must say it definitely helped my curls come to life again.

Sometimes however, I like to style them with a Flexi rod or a curling wand to obtain natural waves. But as you can see in the pictures, the waves go from being perfect to a frizzy mess as soon as I step outside (I live in a humid area). I use got2b hairspray and the hair just looks and feels coarse and extremely frizzy after a couple hours.

I've been looking for anti-humidity or anti-frizz products for hours but the only ones I could find have silicon in them. Does anyone have any recommendations for silicon free products I can try, or is that something that simply doesn't exist?

Edit to add products I use: For curls styling: head and shoulders BARE shampoo or Cantu cleansing cream shampoo, Cantu deep treatment masque, Cantu strengthening styling gel, Franck Provost boucles mousse. When I just want waves: same shampoos and mask as above followed by cantu leave in conditioning lotion and a cantu heat protection spray.

Hello, I've been taking this Vitabiotics cranberry supplement for a few months Ultra Cranberry | Super Strength Tablets | Vitabiotics® (I buy it in Superdrug) but I'm not sure if it has the right amount of PACs, so I would like to change.

There are so many brands on Amazon and I'm feeling very overwhelmed. I'm also struggling to understand which ones have a good amount of PACs.

Does anyone have any recommendations for good cranberry products with at least 36mg PACs available in the UK?

Has anyone ever come across this study? Relationship between the Presence of Human Papillomavirus in the Female Urethra and Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections

It seems there might be a correlation between persistent HPV and rUTIs. Apparently, HPV in the urogenital tract can alter the local microbiome and cause chronic inflammation, potentially leading to a higher rate of Recurrent UTIs (rUTIs) or mimicking UTI, which makes sense.

Personally I've had HPV and CIN 1-2 for 2-3 years which is when my recurring UTIs started, so food for thought. Not sure how to get rid of it though. Also, the tests were done on my cervix, I'm not sure if it's spread to the urethra and how to find that out.

The NHS is making me do colposcopy and biopsies once a year and if it gets worse they'll probably do a LEEP. Has anyone tried any supplements to help the body get rid of it by itself? Or does anyone have a similar experience?

Finally visited the Hill Garden and Pergola in Hampstead and it was absolutely breathtaking.

Got off a bus in Lambeth without really thinking about where I was, I turned around and saw this. Sights like this make me think everything will be alright.

Edit: I'm not British and there was a time where I thought I might not be able to stay in the UK and everything I had built here risked going to the bin, so that's why looking at landmarks makes me feel emotional sometimes especially in the spring sun.
