If I apply internally and get hired at another clinic, would this affect maternity leave in March?

Been with sutter for over a year, PTO accrual is super generous compared to other companies I’ve been with. Overall I’m 23 and pretty healthy so never had issues with sick days however The beginning of this month I had COVID and had to use 24 hours of pto then another additional 8 hours for the holiday. I’m also 4 months pregnant and been having to use pto for my appointments too. If I get really sick again or have an appointment but no PTO , what do you do? I never been in the situation where I didn’t have any hours but since the sickness and appointments, it’s getting easier for me to use them up. If I get a note from my doctor, will it be enough to get me excused ? I don’t mind if I’m paid or not since taking care of myself and my baby is important. Would I speak to IDAM or manager? So confused how this stuff works plz help ty!!

I love Affirm and so thankful for the things I was able to get when I was brokey like groceries etc. but after I’m done paying my balance (which isn’t much got it down to around 1,300) I’m deleting the app for good. When emergency happens and you can’t pay 30+ payments of 20-50$ at the same time it’s the worst. Especially when they are calling you nonstop every hour of everyday with different numbers trying to get you to pay. Safe to say I’m glad I never took it tooo far and that I’m far too traumatized now to ever use it to purchase again. It’s still a convenient app just not for me!

If you’re looking please steer far far away from this complex! Only been living here for around 3 months and I already can’t wait for my lease to end. I was desperate and the apartment was beautiful however looks are deceiving. when it is hot out, your apartment will be hotter than it is outside NO AC and if you have furry friends they will be panting with you. Contract states you have 5 days after the 1st to pay but I was charged $100 fee for paying on the 3RD and got a notice posted on my door to pay or vacate. The parking spot that is included in my lease and that I PAY FOR mind you, was towed for $750 yes you read that right ALMOST 800 DOLLARS after my family parked their car there 2 hours before. During move in inspection, the imperfections that I was told would be fixed has not been fixed to this day and on my first month here, the fire alarm ran out of battery and still has not been replaced even after multiple attempts to reach management. I get that while living in apartments you are bound to hear noises from your neighbors, however, I can hear full conversations from under my pillow while I’m about to sleep and hear everything clear as well as loud as snoring. Also only 1 Landry room with only like 5 machines which people always leave their shit inside for hours. I go to lees down the street to avoid . Over $2,500 with utilities for this dump is not it. Just posting for anyone looking because I wish someone told me. It’s truly a nightmare

How many weeks of maternity leave and baby bonding do you get ? Just found out I’m pregnant last week. It’ll be my one year with sutter next week.
