Im 22 year old female ,163cm 8ive been working out multiple times a week strength training. I did cuircit classes. I was sore after every workout with out fail. I was always in pain that it became discouraging. I did try to up the weight I lifted to grow muscle. But lately I've stopped going and I feel so much better. Less hungry and its so much easier to Stay in a deficit. However online I've read that if I want to recomp and look toned I have ti work out. What do you guys recommend I do ?
