Im 22 (f) ive worked the same job since I was 18 at a jewelry store . Peopleare always saying to me that they cant believeibstayed for so long. Since its not supposedti be long term . Its only part time and I wanted ti go full time but they didn't let. I got a book keeping certification and I was thinking of going into that field but I feel so insecure that bo one will want me. That is only good at what i do and if I change it ill be miserable. I've been feeling a deep sense of sadness and depression for theses past several months. I was thinking if getting a degree but im scared because I need to also support myself and im bot one hundred percent sure if it what I want. I have no things that bring me joy. I dint have any hobbies. I force myself ti go ti the gym once a week and not give it up completely. So I dont know how ti get out of this rut. I feel like I should be doing more and that im not doing enough. Or that I have no social life. And whenever I try to go out with friends they always cancel last minute so I stopped trying. I feel so lost . I thought that if I saved up a certain amount of money ill feel some sense of security but I dont.

I feel alone ,sad, and depressed. U have ti force myself ti do the simple things.

What can I do ti got out of this situation

Im 22 year old female ,163cm 8ive been working out multiple times a week strength training. I did cuircit classes. I was sore after every workout with out fail. I was always in pain that it became discouraging. I did try to up the weight I lifted to grow muscle. But lately I've stopped going and I feel so much better. Less hungry and its so much easier to Stay in a deficit. However online I've read that if I want to recomp and look toned I have ti work out. What do you guys recommend I do ?
