looking to buy either of these phones as in hood condition and under warranty.

Is there anyway to get a CMF phone 2 pro in kerala? Any shops that has one? I'm also fine with used ones as long as it's still under warrenty. It's quite urgent as my current phone is barely functioning and I need one for college. If there's any other good phones under 18k with 8 GB ram, that will last me, at least for 4 years, please suggest them. I know the market is really bad, but I can't extend the budget anymore( even this budget was only possible because of a kind friend ​lending me some money.
