Staying Fit or chasing numbers obsession?

How often Are you going to the gym ? A few times a week ? Or do you "cry" if you miss a session ? I have been working out on and off for 10 years and (in my mind) in order to not become obsessed or chase numbers and to avoid potential injury and burnout I take 1 month off every 3 months. I'm not concerned about losing gains.

The gym "rusher" 😂

Without trying to be that person I have become to be known as my gym "rusher". Basically I will go nearby the machine I want to use and whoever is on it immediately stops chatting and stop playing on their phones and start moving faster 😂 I don't even say anything, it just happens 😂

Have you ever been through halfway though your gym workout and then realise that you are doing the workout for a different day ? 😂 Chest instead of Back or legs day 😂
