Need help to learn how to transfer files and print I don’t have a computer yet but working on it.

I’m new to printing and picked these up for a great deal but don’t know how to run it. It’s not like my kobra 3 printer. Need help on learning how to transfer files I don’t have a computer yet but working on that. Please help me figure this out.

Picked this up for an amazing price they do work great. The operator (me) has no clue how to transfer files to it I don’t have a computer but was told I just needed to transfer files to the kipper module and hit go. I need the easiest running system possible please help me.
The arnt like my Kobra 3.
But also having problems getting petg to work out on my Kobra 3 does stick to the table just lost another print half way through because the supports fell down.
